Floogy here, a newbie to Clairbourn, bringing to the school ranks of freshmen one Kaguya Houraisan from Touhou Project.

She's still lazy, but being modernized has turned her into a video gaming/manga reading/anime watching otaku. That's not to say she lost her air of royalty or her random, wtf out of nowhere comments, though.
